Role Description
Responsabilidades
- Lead manufacturing operations and NPI program execution for infrastructure
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and factory readiness for product ramp-up.
As a Product Manufacturing Manager, you will play a key role in driving NPI execution and manufacturing readiness for infrastructure hardware programs. In this role, you will:
- Act as the primary onsite representative at ODM factories, overseeing hardware builds and ramp-up activities.
- Ensure delivery of program milestones aligned with quality, performance, and production timelines.
- Drive day-to-day readiness activities to support full-volume mass production.
- Build strong relationships with suppliers and factory teams to enable seamless execution.
- Collaborate with global engineering, supply chain, and quality teams to align on goals and mitigate risks.
