Role Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for developing product strategy in assigned regions, promoting UIH CT products to increase customer base, and driving the growth of market share;
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales & product marketing objectives;
  • Execute the Go-to-Market Strategy and plans to increase the project winning rate;
  • Identify and develop KOL relations in Key countries and closely work together with them to improve brand awareness and reputation, as well as the leadership position of relevant products.
  • Interface directly with prospects and determine optimal system configurations accordingly.
  • Create and deliver customized presentations/demonstrations and/or site visits to prospects;
  • Perform market surveys and competitor assessments across the region on a routine basis. Summarize and present to the management team and BU to drive the customer-oriented solution and product development;
