THE ROLE
As the Senior Manager/Manager, Wash, you will partner with cross-functional teams to:
Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience.Establish a cross-functional wash approval process that outlines roles and accountability by department, to ensure we that we can seamlessly deliver on Aritzia’s Everyday Luxury promise.Develop world-class washes for Aritzia’s ready-to-wear assortment (excluding denim and heavy woven product) that meet the creative vision and are complaint with all regulatory guidelines.Ensure our Manufacturing Suppliers and in-region Product Integrity wash lead have the approved standards and formulas to meet Aritzia’s technical wash requirements and aesthetic outcomes.Manage the physical and digital wash assets as...
