Role Description
Responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day technical support for chiller products to the Field Sales & Service organization worldwide via call tree, email, and site visits, primarily focused on the Americas.
- Accountable for creating and maintaining technical service bulletins, service letters, and Updates to the Solutions Database to meet and exceed internal and external customer expectations.
- Support regional territories for escalated chiller technical support cases and warranty claims, facilitating timely and consistent data mining on product, failed component, defect, and responsibility.
- Drive product reliability through the Continuous Improvement Process for existing and new products.
- Collaborate with service branch leadership to provide technical resources and support key customer accounts at the branch level.
