Production Coordinator

We are currently looking for a Production Coordinator to join our Toronto team. This is a full‑time, permanent opportunity that supports the prepress, planning, and purchasing workflow by ensuring customer artwork is properly prepared for print, production forms are efficiently built, and order information is accurately maintained within internal systems. This role plays a key part in minimizing production delays, reducing material waste, and ensuring jobs move efficiently from order intake through to print execution.

The Production Coordinator works closely with customers, prepress, and production teams to resolve artwork issues, maintain accurate order data, and coordinate print‑ready files and purchase orders with external vendors.
