• This position reports to Plant Manager directly and manages a team of 4 UAP managers
• Responsible for the performance of 4 manufacturing areas of 1 Albea C1 (Lauro Villar)

• Achieve EHS targets, promote the EHS culture, address health and safety concerns and opportunities.
• Build and implement the operating agenda based on the site's strategic plan.
• Define and implement the appropriate organization.
• Manage and develop the team: performance evaluation, development of competencies, and technical capabilities etc.
