Production Manager (Precast Plants & Casting Yards)

We are seeking a highly experienced, technically proficient, and results-driven Production Manager to lead the manufacturing and plant operations for our large-scale precast construction project based in Hedri. This leadership position offers complete responsibility for establishing, scaling, and managing high-capacity precast production facilities, including casting yards and automated batching plants. The successful candidate will ensure uninterrupted production of precast elements to meet demanding project schedules while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, productivity, and cost control. The role requires strong expertise in precast manufacturing, plant management, workforce leadership, production planning, and advanced precast technologies.
