Role Description
Job Objective
Plan, coordinate, and supervise the execution of the production plan in SMT, PTH, and Final Assembly , ensuring compliance with quality, cost, and delivery goals. The role requires strong knowledge of ERP and MES systems, disciplined execution of production routings, strict serial number control, and leadership in Lean Manufacturing initiatives. The candidate must also have knowledge of ISO 13485 quality standards and IPC criteria for electronic assemblies.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure accurate execution of daily and weekly production plans.
- Coordinate operations in SMT, PTH, and Final Assembly to guarantee continuous flow and achievement of production targets.
- Monitor key performance indicators (efficiency, scrap, OEE, on-time delivery).
