Production Supervisor - Yard & Brick Plant

We are seeking a talented and experienced Production Supervisor - Yard and Briquette Plant at Milton, ON to join our Production Team.

Shift Work – Continental 12‑hour rotating shifts, working every second weekend.

The annual base salary range for this position is $90,000 – $100,000 CAD.

This position reports to the Production Manager and manages a team of 10–15 people.

Responsibilities

• Enforce all safety policies and procedures (including LOTO, PPE, WAH, confined space, first aid) to maintain a safe work environment.
• Lead, train, and develop employees to ensure they are competent, safe, and aligned with company policies and regulations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and environmentally compliant yard and briquette plant.
• Ensure briquettes are produced in the right quantity and quality to meet cupola and fibre chemistry requirements.
