Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- Unix, DB (Oracle & MongoDB), Kafka, MQ, OpenShift (ECS), Mainframe (JCL, COBOL, VSAM)
- Tools: ITRS, Autosys, AppDynamics, Kibana, Grafana, ServiceNow
Roles & Responsibilities
- Good knowledge in Unix and Oracle.
- Good experience in production support environment.
- Able to provide application team support for code deployment and any other issues.
- Experienced with ServiceNow, Grafana, APPD monitoring, Kibana, OpenShift.
- MongoDB knowledge is an advantage.
