Role Description
We are expanding our Production Support Team in Chile to meet the growing needs of our clients in the LATAM region and ensure 24/7 support for our mission‑critical payment services.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor production systems to ensure availability and performance.
- Diagnose and resolve production issues using effective problem‑solving techniques.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to deploy updates and enhancements.
- Document incidents and solutions in the ticketing system, ensuring knowledge sharing.
- Provide on‑call support as needed to resolve urgent issues outside of regular business hours.
- Participate in root cause analysis for recurring incidents and implement preventive measures.
Requirements
- 8-14+ years’ experience in a production support or operations role in a technology‑driven environment in LATAM.
