Role Description

We are expanding our Production Support Team in Chile to meet the growing needs of our clients in the LATAM region and ensure 24/7 support for our mission‑critical payment services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor production systems to ensure availability and performance.
  • Diagnose and resolve production issues using effective problem‑solving techniques.
  • Collaborate with development and operations teams to deploy updates and enhancements.
  • Document incidents and solutions in the ticketing system, ensuring knowledge sharing.
  • Provide on‑call support as needed to resolve urgent issues outside of regular business hours.
  • Participate in root cause analysis for recurring incidents and implement preventive measures.
