Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary, client-focused point of contact, providing support and assistance both in person and over the phone.
- Meet with potential clients to conduct applications for CLASSIC services.
- Respond to general inquiries about CLASSIC services.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments for the Legal Advice Clinic (LAC), a summary advice clinic with volunteer lawyers providing advice to self-represented/unrepresented individuals.
- Assist lawyers with administrative tasks such as sending registered mail, photocopying, faxing, and filing documents at the court.
