Program Director: MBC Retreats (Winnipeg)

The Program Director: MBC Retreats is responsible for the design, programming and implementation of all MBC Retreats, including partnership retreats, to advance our mission and vision for families. In addition to the planning of the spiritual portions of the retreats, they work closely with other MBC team members (Group Rentals, Front Office, Marketing, Food Services) to ensure a high quality and biblically sound experience for all retreat attendees, as well as working to create partnership opportunities with like‑minded churches and organizations to support guest growth.

The Program Director: MBC Retreats also supports some parts of the summer ministry programming through workshops and sessions.
