Lead impactful client services at North York Women’s Shelter as the Supervisor for Programs and Services. Ensure quality program delivery and support for a safe, inclusive workplace. In this full-time role, you’ll report to the Executive Director while collaborating with the Programs and Services Manager.

Your main focus will be on fostering trauma-informed practices, supervising staff, and enhancing operational efficiency. You will play a key role in improving service delivery for women, trans, and non-binary individuals seeking shelter and support through NYWS’s emergency services.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise client‑facing staff and promote trauma‑informed service delivery
• Develop and manage staff schedules according to operational needs
• Provide oversight during shift changes for seamless service
