Overview
As a Project Controls Administrator you will be in office role responsible for supporting the Turnaround/Project Manager in delivering effective project controls across the full project lifecycle. This position plays a hands‑on role in cost control, scheduling, change management, and reporting — ensuring the project team has accurate, timely information to make sound decisions and maintain project performance.
What would you be doing?
- Monitor and control project costs, including labour, materials, equipment, and subcontractors, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting
- Review and process invoices, timesheets, and vendor billings to maintain accurate cost capture
- Analyze project performance (cost and productivity) and provide regular reports to the project team
