The work

You own schedule, cost, and risk across a project or program. You build and maintain baselines in Primavera P6, run earned value with CPI and SPI, produce Estimates at Completion and schedule risk assessments, support change order and time impact analysis, and give leadership one trustworthy picture of where the work stands.
