Project Coordinator Analyst (Toronto)

Insight Global is looking for a Project Coordinator Analyst to provide high-quality project coordination and analytical support within a complex operations environment. This role plays a critical part in enabling effective project delivery through strong organization, documentation, and executive-ready reporting. The Project Coordinator Analyst will support subject matter experts and project stakeholders by managing meeting logistics, maintaining project artifacts, reviewing deliverables, and ensuring alignment to PMO standards. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.
