This role involves overseeing the development and implementation of construction plans in areas like Hamilton and Kitchener. You will track schedules, manage materials, and ensure compliance with OHS regulations. Utilize your strong communication and problem-solving skills to foster collaboration with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review critical path schedules for project timelines
• Coordinate and schedule project crews and equipment
• Source materials and manage costs and deliveries
• Prepare sub payments and track job site costs
• Maintain safety compliance through COR forms
Requirements:
• Completion of Civil Engineering program or relevant experience
• Knowledge of MTO web-based management software is an asset
