Job Description Overview

AtkinsRéalis is hiring a Project Coordinator, Structures based out of our Vancouver office. The Project Coordinator, Structures will support various projects based in British Columbia and across Canada. This position requires a strong understanding of project coordination principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and supervise the work of the contractor.
• Organize, coordinate, and lead regular meetings with the contractor and client.
• Manage punch lists and quality documentation as required.
• Coordinate and assist in safe workplace practices, manage safety incentives, and encourage staff in meeting KPIs.
• Review and comment on drawings and submittals where appropriate.
• Coordinate and interface between the constructor and the designer.
