Project Cost Engineer - Braking Systems

The Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and technically proficient Project Cost Engineer (PCE) specializing in Braking Systems to join our global team. In this fully remote position, you will be the financial and technical expert responsible for optimizing the cost structure of our braking portfolios including calipers, rotors, pads, boosters, and actuation/ABS modules.

With 5 years of experience , you will utilize should-cost modeling, evaluate manufacturing processes, and collaborate with engineering and procurement teams to maximize profitability without compromising safety or regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Should-Cost Modeling: Develop bottom-up cost models for complex braking components and assemblies (e.g., foundation brakes, hydraulic controls, electronic parking brakes).
