Project Delivery Lead (Ottawa)

Work Location

Hybrid – Ottawa. 1‑2 days/week on site.

Key Tasks

• Provide executive-level direction and leadership across a program of interrelated digital transformation projects, ensuring coherent strategy, governance, and delivery aligned with the strategic objectives.
• Serve as the most senior point of accountability with external stakeholders, software vendors, and strategic partners, setting expectations, resolving escalations, and driving alignment across delivery streams.
• Partner with executive sponsors and senior business owners to define transformation vision, set program scope, establish success criteria, and resolve cross‑functional trade‑offs.
• Establish and enforce delivery standards, governance frameworks, and quality assurance practices across all workstreams.
