Job Profile

Reporting to the Manager of Development Engineering, within the Engineering Services Division of the Infrastructure Services Department, this position is responsible for the following duties:

What you will be doing

• Reviews and provides technical comments on all development applications including, but not limited to site plans and subdivisions, with respect to servicing, grading and stormwater management design.
• Assists with the preparation and implementation of Pre‑servicing and Subdivision Agreements, including consultation with other Divisions and other agencies, including the Region of Waterloo and GRCA.
• Project manages Municipal Class Environmental Assessments (EAs) and capital projects for growth related municipal infrastructure including term of reference preparation, consultant selection coordination, providing direction to the consultant, budget‑tracking, chairing public meetings, preparing reports to Counc...
