Project Engineering Manager - Heavy Water

AtkinsRéalis seeks an experienced Project Engineering Manager to lead engineering activities for a Heavy Water (D₂O) Production and Processing Facility supporting CANDU nuclear power generation. The role provides technical and managerial leadership across all engineering disciplines to ensure safe, reliable, and compliant plant design consistent with Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission (CNSC) and regulatory requirements. The Project Engineering Manager will join the Engineering Management practice within the Technical Professional Organization (TPO) of Engineering Services Canada and play a lead role in delivering Engineering Services on large and complex projects (generally Class 3, 4 & 5). Reporting to the Director of Operations, the manager will contribute to the team’s strategy and oversee the successful execution of the engineering design of large, multi‑disciplinary projects from inception to completion.
