Project Management Lead

Responsible for driving consistent, high‑quality project delivery by aligning with Stantec’s Project Management Framework and leading continuous improvements in project execution, controls, and monitoring across the business center.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive consistent project management practices and procedures in alignment with the Stantec Project Management Framework and any specific Energy and Resources business line practices.
• Recommend improvements to work processes, policies and procedures to enhance project execution, control and monitoring at both the project and business line levels.
• Serve as a project manager for projects, managing scope, schedule, budget, quality and risk in compliance with the framework and SOX controls, including interfacing and communicating with clients.
