Purpose

The Project Management - Scrum master will work in a cross-country environment supporting Southern Cluster Team, nonetheless, working in a regional landscape. He/She is responsible for implementing a new Agile way of working in the Medical Devices Business teams and will play an important role by coaching and partnering with the Product Owners and the SQUAD members in order to address compliance and business sustainability needs within the Cluster, mainly in DPS.

Responsibilities

• Drive the Agile process and ceremonies as well as facilitate and conduct the commercial SQUADs continuous improvements.
• The Scrum Master helps the Product Owner in their efforts to manage the backlog and guide the team while facilitating a healthy team dynamic with respect to priorities and scope.
