WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Lumenwerx is looking for a self‑motivated, hands‑on Project Manager for the after sales servicing of our products. This Project Manager role is ideal for somebody with a technical background and is comfortable with mechanical and electrical systems. While working in an office environment, you should be comfortable in a construction and factory setting to help resolve issues. The individual will work as part of a cross‑functional team consisting of customer service, operations, manufacturing and design.
A successful candidate will be a resourceful problem solver that is able to work around obstacles, implement practical solutions and successfully partner with all other departments. Work with the field sales network to provide lighting design, technical support while maintaining efficiency and courtesy throughout the work day. The candidate will be working directly with sales agents, specifiers, contractors and architects.
