Project Manager Assistant

Responsibilities

As a Project Manager Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the Execution PM team responsible for delivering power transformer projects for customers in the United States. Your day involves coordinating project information, maintaining clear communication across internal and external stakeholders, ensuring all technical and commercial requirements are properly captured, and helping move projects through each milestone, from handover to project closure.

• Support Execution PMs throughout the full post‑order lifecycle, ensuring smooth progress through all project gates and milestones.
• Coordinate communication and alignment between factories, engineering, logistics PMs, and commercial PMs to maintain project visibility and solve cross‑functional issues.
