yInsight Global is looking for a Project Manager to support a high-volume portfolio of capital renewal and asset management projects across a large housing portfolio. This individual will help develop annual asset management plans, assessing building conditions and prioritizing deferred maintenance work across 100+ properties. Day-to-day, they will analyze portfolio data, help determine funding allocations, and manage multiple projects simultaneously (often 15–20+ at a time) across various ownership groups. The role involves working closely with internal stakeholders, government partners, and funding bodies (municipal, provincial, and federal) to secure and manage grants.
