Patient Pipeline is a healthcare marketing agency specializing in ophthalmology (LASIK & cataract surgery).
We're growing fast, and we need a Project Manager who keeps everything running at a level that matches our clients' expectations.This is not an entry-level role.You'll work directly with our Director of Client Services and serve as the operational backbone of the client delivery team.Day-to-day project management across a portfolio of ophthalmology marketing clients Client communication: status updates, meeting prep, follow-ups, and deliverable tracking Internal coordination across content, ads, and design — you're the hub that keeps it all moving 3+ years of project management experience inside a marketing agency (non-negotiable) ~ Exceptional written and spoken English — your communication is clear, professional, and proactive ~ Fluent with PM tools (Click Up, Monday, or equivalent) ~ Healthcare or medical industry experience is a plus, not a requirement A stepping stone...
