Qualifications
- 5-10 years experience managing public projects (engineer preferred, but experienced PMs considered)
- Experience in both public and private sector required
- Remote work allowed; office option available
- Proficiency in English and French; bilingual French required
- Training or skilled title required
- Engineering or equivalent experience
- Computer software knowledge required (MS Office, MS Project)
