Role Description
Cognizant – Lead Item Processing Consulting
Lead Item Processing consulting engagements for Banking, Cards & Payments clients from initiation through go‑live. Build and execute project plans using Waterfall, Agile, and Scrum methodologies with critical‑path analysis to manage scope, timelines, budgets, and risks. Own client and stakeholder relationships, resolve complex queries, drive cross‑functional teams, and document consulting solutions end‑to‑end. Lead and Sr Lead levels forecast operational targets at the departmental level and provide strategic direction on complex multi‑workstream programs.
