Role Description
- Committee Coordination and Activities (Quality & Sustainability Committee)
- Coordinate Committees' activities on efficient and effective implementation of assigned projects as per workplans, budgets, timeline and contractual obligations;
- Prepare meetings, budgets, agendas, minutes, reports, follow‑up actions, and documentation.
- Track committee‑related projects, ensuring clear timelines and deliverables, and measure results.
- Facilitate communication between committee chairs, the CEO, and relevant departments.
- Organise, implement, and support key projects and the dissemination of committee outputs.
- Dealing with vacancies, membership updates and Conflicts of Interests declarations within the committees listed above
