Pinchin Ltd. is currently looking for a dynamic and organized Project Technologist to join our Indoor Environmental Quality team.
The IEQ team provides clients with a variety of consulting services involving indoor air quality, Legionella, microbial contamination, and infection control.
Responsibilities
- Complete assessments for mould, indoor air quality (IAQ), designated substances and other hazardous materials
- Conduct interviews with clients regarding building history and site‑specific client concerns
- Perform inspections and evaluate building systems
- Assess building damages related to floods, water losses, smoke and fire
- Assist clients following flood and loss emergencies to get buildings dried, cleaned or remediated and operational
