Proposal Lead: RFP & Bid Strategist (Hybrid)

Averna Technologies Inc. is seeking a Proposal Specialist who will take charge of managing multiple proposals, ensuring they align with client expectations and established standards. In this role, you will collaborate extensively with Sales, Finance, Engineering, and the legal team to prepare and review proposals and contracts.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Administration or a related field and possess strong experience in proposal development, cost analysis, and excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is essential.
