Proposal Specialist

**A Snapshot of Your Day**:
Electrification-Automation-Digitalization (EAD) is looking for a Proposals Specialist with direct experience in proposal creation, customer, and supplier liaison.
This role will be a very exciting and challenging role which will require someone who is able and willing to support a vast number of different activities and roles in a fast-paced growing environment.
These roles include customer quoting, price negotiation, customer communication, expediting and general supplier management.
**How You'll Make an Impact**:
- Receiving RFQ's
- Obtain vendor pricing for sales
- Expedite supplier quotation if needed
- Creating customer proposals
- Coordinate internally with sales managers proposal wording
- Provide and receive all customer communication up until PO receipt and handover to execution.
**What You Bring**:
- You will preferably have a Bachelor's Degree in technical or commercial field
