Job Summary

CIMT College is looking for an instructor to teach the Personal Support Worker program. The program is registered with the Ministry of Colleges and Universities. The instructor will follow CIMT College’s policies and procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of the field.
• Instruct curriculum using only pre‑authorized and provided materials.
• Teach students using lectures, presentations, demonstrations, discussion groups, laboratory work, case studies, independent or group projects.
• Employ appropriate adult teaching and learning strategies.
• Administer quizzes, assignments, exams and other assessments to monitor and evaluate students’ progress.
• Evaluate student performance fairly and return marks promptly.
• Provide feedback on student performance.
