About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior Program Buyer with strong experience in strategic sourcing, supplier negotiation, and cost leadership. This role will act as a key interface between suppliers and internal teams, ensuring cost, timing, and quality targets are achieved across programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead sourcing strategy and execution from RFQ through supplier nomination
Drive evaluation and negotiation of supplier quotes (piece cost & tooling cost)
Ensure alignment on commercial terms, cost targets, and EDDs
Act as SME in cost analysis, supporting engineering and leadership
Lead Design to Cost (DTC) initiatives with cross-functional teams
Perform benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitiveness
Manage supplier relationships and performance (cost, quality, delivery)
Identify and implement cost reduction strategies
