QA Analyst

Responsibilities :

• Write and execute test cases based on product requirements and acceptance criteria for each sprint
• Perform functional testing, regression testing, and exploratory testing across all brand websites
• Document and report bugs clearly in JIRA, including reproduction steps, expected vs actual behavior, environment details, and severity level
• Validate integration behaviors between Shopify and external systems (ERP, OMS, WMS) as part of the ongoing technology transformation project
• Collaborate closely with product and development team members to clarify requirements and confirm bug fixes
• Maintain testing documentation in Confluence
• Actively participate in sprint planning and sprint review to provide QA input on testing scope and risk
• Support UAT coordination with business stakeholders when required
