Role Description
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end projects in QGIS, managing raw spatial data acquisition, cleaning, and producing final map outputs.
- Document workflows and reasoning in real-time while performing data management, spatial analysis, and map production tasks.
- Organize, clean, and validate diverse spatial datasets to ensure high accuracy and consistency throughout the process.
- Manage projections, coordinate systems, and spatial references to optimize data interoperability and output quality.
- Style and symbolize map layers for clarity and professional presentation in various contexts.
- Troubleshoot issues within QGIS workflows and explain problem-solving strategies as they arise.
- Have extensive hands-on experience with QGIS, managing full GIS projects independently.
