Program Overview

The Quality Assurance Development Program (QDP) is a 15‑month contract aimed at building a long‑term career in technology and quality assurance.

Responsibilities

• Build a strong foundation in software testing and quality assurance practices.
• Think critically about system behavior, risk, and impact.
• Gain exposure to modern QA tools, techniques, and technologies.
• Assess risk early, validate requirements and system behavior, identify gaps and edge cases.
• Help ensure changes meet business needs and member expectations.
• Shadow QA team members, attend QA meetings, and perform functional/non‑functional testing.
• Develop test cases and scripts, perform test case management, execute and log defects.
• Complete UAT documents, test strategies, SQL training, and environment duties.
• Prepare QA sign‑offs and implement defect management.
