Quality Control Inspector - Afternoon Shift

Job Overview

Quality Control Inspector to examine and measure part‑specific dimensional layouts prior to shipping to our customer. The position is a steady afternoon shift and reports to the Quality Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming, in‑process, and finished machined details.
• Log and report findings to the Quality Supervisor.
• Develop and incorporate quality initiatives as required.

Qualifications

• Experience reading and interpreting blueprints.
• Knowledge of measuring instruments (caliper, micrometer, height gauge).
• Detail‑oriented, analytical thinker.
• Highly motivated, self‑directed, capable of multitasking.
• Experience interfacing with cross‑functional teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Working knowledge of data analysis/statistical methods.
