Quality Engineer 【6-Month Contract 】- Automotive Parts Manufacturer (36204)

I’m currently working with a manufacturing client in Orangeville, Ontario that is looking to bring on a Quality Engineer for an initial 6-month contract.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a hands-on quality environment and wants to gain more experience in the automotive industry.

Quality Engineer Responsibilities

• Maintain and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with internal standards and customer requirements

• Develop, review, and update quality documentation including control plans, work instructions, inspection standards, and procedures

• Lead root cause analysis (RCA) activities using structured problem-solving methodologies (8D, 5 Why, Fishbone, etc.) and drive effective corrective and preventive actions
