Quality engineer

Quality Engineer Responsibilities: Oversee quality in the production area to ensure compliance with specifications, standards, and regulations. Perform failure analysis and follow up on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Address and track quality issues in real time on the production line. Implement process improvements using quality tools (8 D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa, SPC, etc.). Interact with engineering, production, and quality to resolve problems and prevent their recurrence. Monitor key quality metrics and generate executive reports. Support internal and external audits. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering More than 4 years of experience in the sector Solid knowledge of quality tools used in the sector Analytical and quantitative approach to problem-solving Knowledge of: • FUNDAMENTAL TOOLS (PPAP, APQP), RCA (Root Cause Analysis), 5 Whys, 8 D, PDCA, IPCA610, Lean Manufacturing, IAT16949, FMEA.
