Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate and complete MDS assessments within deadlines • Mentor staff on best practices for coding • Conduct audits to maintain accuracy of RAI assessments • Lead team collaboration for care planning • Provide critical analysis of RAI data trends
Requirements: • Valid CNO credentials as a Registered Practical Nurse • 3-5 years experience in Long Term Care • Proficiency in RAI-MDS and RUG III systems • Strong problem-solving ...
