As a Ramp Lead, you will oversee critical ramp activities, ensuring safe aircraft movements to and from gates. Key skills include effective communication with flight crews, training staff, and promptly addressing operational challenges. Your leadership will be key in achieving timely turnarounds while maintaining high safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guide aircraft safely to/from gates
• Communicate effectively with flight crews and staff
• Conduct regular safety inspections of the ramp
• Train and mentor ramp personnel on procedures
• Maintain accurate records of ramp activities
Requirements:
• 1+ years of ramp operations experience
• Valid driver's license required
• Robust English communication skills
• Must pass a background check
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds
