Real Estate Agent – Costa Del Sol

Responsibilities

• Identify and contact buyers looking to buy their dream home or invest in a property.
• Maintain ongoing contact with buyers and sellers, and identify and manage new properties for sale.
• Build long-term customer relationships and work efficiently.
• Take initiative, work independently, and provide creative solutions.
• Be available for property viewings, including flexible working hours.

Qualifications

• Experienced and driven real estate agent, passionate about sales.
• Strong initiative, independent work style, creative problem‑solving skills.
• Valid driving licence and own car.
• Fluent or conversational English and Swedish; additional languages (Dutch, German, French, Danish, Finnish, Polish) are an advantage.
• Previous experience on the Costa del Sol coast with a proven sales record is a huge advantage.
