THE ROLE
As the Head of Lease Management, you will lead the team to:
Ensure strong governance and integrity of lease data, documentation, and tenant rights, maintaining accuracy, audit readiness, and confidence in portfolio information throughout the lease lifecycle.Provide oversight of lease rights, obligations, and financial terms, ensuring compliance, landlord accountability, and effective coordination with Legal, Finance, and other internal partners.Deliver clear portfolio-level insight into lease milestones and commitments to support proactive planning, informed decision-making, and long-term portfolio and business performance.Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience.THE QUALIFICATIONS
