Role Description
Join PSP Investments as a Real Estate Investment Analyst and help manage a diverse portfolio worth CAD$299.7 billion. This position, based in Montreal, combines quantitative analysis and market evaluation.
You will work with a collaborative team, focusing on developing financial models and conducting due diligence across multiple asset classes. Your analyses will inform presentations to senior management and facilitate strategic investment decisions. Engaging in periodic market assessments will also be part of your role, providing insights that enhance portfolio performance.
