Receiving & Warehouse Leader

ResponsibilitiesConduct daily walkthroughs of the areas assigned under our responsibility (Receiving, SMKT, Services and OEM, Coil Area, Chemical Room, Box Assembly Area).
Participate in Tier 1 and Tier 2 meetings.Ensure that all trucks requesting entry to the plant in the Receiving area are attended to in a timely and proper manner.Ensure that all productive material arriving from LIDC, local suppliers, inter‐plant transfers, and courier services is received in the SAP system.Ensure that all raw materials have a designated location and are registered in the DMTS or MTS system.Ensure that all expensive or theft‐prone materials are secured in the controlled material cage.Be available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day to provide internal and external support regarding shortages in raw material delivery to Operations.Monitor metrics for the Receiving and SMKT areas: Problem Log, ASN, % accuracy of DSV material deliveries, negative inventory, FIFO, zero impact on material deliveries to ...
