Role Description
Join the Town of Newmarket's Recreation and Culture Team as an Inclusion Facilitator. Deliver engaging programs and specialized activities for adults with disabilities in a safe, supportive environment.
In this role, you will create impactful recreational experiences for adults facing challenges. The position requires excellent communication and leadership to guide participants through various tailored activities, ensuring their skill development and engagement. You will also adapt sessions based on individual needs and manage safety to foster an inclusive atmosphere.
